If you have problems with calibration, detection pressure, Bluetooth connectivity, or a message regarding a Hardware issue, here are the steps to follow.

The reset baseline can solve in most cases your issue.

Steps to reset the baseline of your sensor :

  1. Make sure to use KINVENT PHYSIO, the KFORCE app becoming obsolete.
  2. Turn on the sensor and the bluetooth of your phone/tablet.
  3. If the device is already registered into the “Sensors” tab of the home page, delete it.
  4. Into the “Sensors” tab of the Kinvent Physio app (at the bottom), click on register your sensors, turn on your sensor(s), select the correct one (Grip – Plates – Pull…) and begin scanning. Once the app finds your sensor, click on it and it is registered. 
  5. Once it is done, click on your sensor in the registered list, then click on the button “reset”. [Do the exact same with the second Plate / Delta]. Make sure no pressure is applied to the sensor.
  6. Wait for the confirmation message at the bottom of the screen, and it is done.
  7. Please try and come back to us if it does not work.
