If you have problems with calibration, detection pressure, Bluetooth connectivity, or a message regarding a Hardware issue, here are the steps to follow.
The reset baseline can solve in most cases your issue.
Steps to reset the baseline of your sensor :
- Make sure to use KINVENT PHYSIO, the KFORCE app becoming obsolete.
- Turn on the sensor and the bluetooth of your phone/tablet.
- If the device is already registered into the “Sensors” tab of the home page, delete it.
- Into the “Sensors” tab of the Kinvent Physio app (at the bottom), click on register your sensors, turn on your sensor(s), select the correct one (Grip – Plates – Pull…) and begin scanning. Once the app finds your sensor, click on it and it is registered.
- Once it is done, click on your sensor in the registered list, then click on the button “reset”. [Do the exact same with the second Plate / Delta]. Make sure no pressure is applied to the sensor.
- Wait for the confirmation message at the bottom of the screen, and it is done.
- Please try and come back to us if it does not work.
