The K-myo can be coupled with all Kinvent dynamometers (K-Grip, K-Pull, K-Push), and you can find a multitude of exercises for coupling your EMG with one of these dynamometers.
It measures muscle strength while recording electromyographic (EMG) signals synchronously. This allows a more complete assessment of muscle activity during various exercises and activities.
Steps :
- Go to the list of assessments.
- Apply the K-Myo filter.
- Choose an activity which has a K-Myo relating to the muscle you want to assess, coupled with one of the dynamometers.
- Access the ID card for detailed instructions on the test procedure.
- Connect the k-myo and start the assessment.
