💡 Caution
You can use the Auto-Tune when the device has calibration issues or gives erratic values.
Important: You must always perform the Auto-Tune feature, followed by a “Reset Baseline”.
➡️ The Auto-Tune feature is useless on Version 2 (V2) Plates and Deltas. Only the “Reset Baseline” must be performed.
- Go to the “Sensors” menu at the bottom of the main screen, and register the sensor.
- Click on the relevant sensor to display the menu.
- Make sure that nothing is putting pressure on the sensor.
- Perform the Auto-Tune by clicking on it. Wait a few seconds for the procedure to be effective, then do the same with the “Reset-Baseline”. It is important to carry out the two procedures in this order. (If you have Plates or Deltas, you must do this on both platforms).
Try again with any activity, the problem should be solved. If it is not the case, please contact the Customer Service by clicking on the “Support” button in the app.
