You can now integrate Kinvent Physio with your Nookal account.

This integration will automatically import your most recent patients into Kinvent Physio and record any assessments or exercises performed with these patients as Clinical Notes under a KINVENT client case in the Nookal user interface.

Nookal interface

1. Request from the Nookal Team to give your account access to the API v3.0 section in the Setup section → Connections in order to be able to integrate your Physio and Nookal accounts.

2. Once you gain access to the API v3.0 section , click on the button in order to create your API key required to authenticate the 2 systems together.

  • Click on the ”Create New Client” on the bottom right.

It is important in the Client creation process to append the following information :

  • Location : The company locations available to access data from.
  • Queries : Staff , Clients, Cases, Clinical Notes, Locations.
  • Mutations: Clients, Cases, Clinical Notes, Locations.
  • Status : Active
  • Click on the “eye” icon next to the Basic key row and copy your Basic Key.

Make sure to keep and store this Basic key somewhere safe because it is only revealed once.

  • Click on the “Save” button in order to finalize the procedure.

This finalizes the actions required from inside the Nookal software.

3. Login to your Physio application with your relevant account and go to Account tab → Addons → Nookal.

 

4. In the API Key section paste your Basic key that you created in step 2.

  • In the region section, select the region in which your nookal account operates.
  • In the practitioner’s email , select the staff member’s email that will be responsible for the integration actions ( such as creating cases in clients and creating Clinical notes from Physio assessments )

5. If the credentials that you provided are correct , then the following screen will be marked as green and the Kinvent Team will be notified of this action.

After a final confirmation from Kinvent, you will receive an email stating that the integration and the data exchange is now enabled , allowing for automatic patients / clients syncing and uploading Physio assessments as Clinical Notes under a KINVENT case in the clients.
