Videos captured with K-apture are only accessible from the phone or tablet where they were recorded and are not available on the Kinvent Physio app Cloud. Follow this tutorial to locate them on your device.

Android

Steps:

 

  1. Open the “My Files” application.
  2. Go to the “Internal storage” tab.
  3. You should find a folder called “Kinvent_Physio”.
  4. Inside, look for the sub-folder called “Reports”.

Your videos will automatically be saved there.

iOS

Steps:

 

  1. Open the “Settings” application.
  2. Go to the “General” tab.
  3. Select the “Storage” tab.
  4. Search for and click on the “Kinvent Physio” application in the list of applications installed on your device.

Your videos are automatically saved in the application’s documents in this location.
